Stewart and I met on eHarmony in September. If you’re looking for someone and don’t know where to start, I can’t recommend eHarmony enough. I signed up for the Labor Day weekend freebie and liked it so I thought it’d be worthwhile to get a subscription. I got the 3 month package to start with but obviously that was more than I needed because the following weekend I started emailing back and forth with Stewart (9 days after I initially signed up for the free weekend). A few weeks later we met in person for the first time and a few weeks after that we decided to see each other exclusively and see how things went.
We purchased my engagement ring from Blue Nile and I’m blown away by their customer service. Something went wrong and the supplier of the diamond I had selected lost it before it was sent to Blue Nile. Monday, Blue Nile called me and offered me a better diamond (one of their Signature Ideal stones) for the same price to be set in my setting and be delivered Tuesday which is even earlier than the original delivery date I was given.
We haven’t set a date yet but we’re talking about a summer 2012 destination wedding in Kauai.
