7 Gorgeous Food Blogs That Will Motivate You to Eat Healthier

saladI’m a huge fan of gorgeous looking dessert laden food blogs but in an effort to start eating healthier, I’ve recently started seeking out subscriptions to equally beautiful but more health conscious food blogs. Here are seven of my latest inspirational favorites:

  1. Gina’s Skinny Recipes makes me long for Steamed Asparagus with Poached Eggs, Crock Pot Santa Fe Chicken, and Cherry Sorbet.
  2. Healthy Seasonal Recipes makes my mouth water with Green Salad with Beets and Prosciutto Chips, Apricot Couscous Tabouli, and Turkey Chili with Pintos.
  3. Jeanette’s Healthy Living has me particularly craving her Farmer’s Market Sandwich, Warm Roasted Garlic and Artichoke Dip, and “Clif” Granola Bars.
  4. Lauren’s Latest has me dreaming of Whole Wheat Waffles with Oats, Sweet & Spicy Acorn Squash, and a Sweet Potato Chocolate Chunk Tart.
  5. Taste and Tell leaves me pining for Herb Chicken Tortellini Salad, Chili Potato Burritos, and Pumpkin Muffins.
  6. Three Many Cooks has me wishing for Apricot Chicken Salad with Basil and Almonds, Fresh Strawberry Pie, and Butternut Squash Lasagna Bake.
  7. What’s Gaby Cooking gives me a hankering for Skinny Asparagus and Gruyere Tart, Sweet Potato and Parmesan Chips, and Shredded Brussels Sprouts.

Thanks for the roundup! I too, am looking for healthier ways to cook for myself. Not easy because I’m addicted to all the bad stuff, like butter, and chowders, and crepes… :-)
