Inspired by something I spotted on Pinterest, I’ve put my subjective life to do list in a new format this month. Things I do daily, things I do multiple times a week, and assorted things to do multiple times throughout the month.

My list items are:
Daily
- shower
- brush & floss
- eat 5 servings of fruits & veggies
- eat 2 servings of dairy
- drink 8 cups of water
- cuddle with my sweeties
- take a photo
Three Times a Week
- hit the gym
- go on a walk
- read
- write a blog post
Occasionally (aim for 10 a week total)
- enjoy dessert
- wear something dressy
- pamper myself
- sleep in or nap
- catch up with a friend
- go on a date
- spend time with my family
- try something new
- make something
- play a game
- unplug for a while
What would you put on your list?
Download the PDF and print your own: my to do list [pdf] or a blank copy to write in your own to dos [pdf]. And for those of you trying to go paperless like I am, download the checklist [Evernote, right click to save] to import to Evernote.

Ohhh I really like this post! I should copy you and make a list too! http://www.myhealthysushi.com
I love lists, although I wouldn’t need a daily to-do list. Everything on my list is what I do automatically.

Have a great day,

I’m just glad to see I’m not the only one who prioritizes and makes lists like yours. I actually had a list at one time and first thing on it was “make lists” — seriously. I know right?! I think “go to yoga class” is one of the most important things I like to accomplish, along with “do something creative/artsy”.
I love it! I like the occasional list…I’m lucky to squeeze in 2-3 of those a week.
I found your blog through Not so Moody Monday blog hop. I’m at http://www.pictureitcreations.blogspot.com

On my ‘occasionally’ list?
-Pet my dog for 10 minutes without interruption.
- Call a friend I haven’t talked to in a month.
- List (in my head?) 20 things I’m grateful for.
How is your pup doing?
What an interesting twist on the normal boring To Do list! I’ll be back to check out how it worked out.
Thanks for riding the train today!!

I would need to add have a daily quiet time to my list.
Stopping from Time Travel Tuesday!
quiet time is an awesome idea. i remember my mom always had an hour of quiet time in the afternoons when we were home from school for the summers where we could nap or read or do other calm and quiet activities.
Hop’pin by from ‘Alexa Hop’. I’m following your blog now, wont you please come and follow me back?? ~KM

I like the format. I might try laying my list out like this…. it’s a good over view.
Though my daily list would be all about changing diapers and cleaning little faces (over and over).
Stumbled you, my post is:
http://www.mapleleafmommy.com/2011/06/blogging-how-to-create-embedded.html
my purpose with the list is remember to do the little things that make me feel good because often i get so wrapped up in the stuff i have to get done that i don’t take time to take care of me
Great way of reminding yourself. I think I also need to make similar that for myself.
Stumbled here, my post is http://eytozee.blogspot.com/2011/06/recycled-notebook.html
I love filling out lists.
Maybe I should quit resisiting, this may just be the timesuck for me.
This is really cool.
OT Pinterest – I can’t seem to get into it as much as others are. Am I missing something?
i didn’t get it at first. but i came back to it several months later and now i’m obsessed. i’m mainly into just repinning things that i like so i can reference them later. inspiration board style.
I like this idea. I need to make me one and hang it in the house:)
Thanks so much for joining the Mingle With Us Blog Hop and Giveaway. Be sure to come back next week too:)

I love lists! I get a great sense of satisfaction and achievement whenever I can check something off, which is what makes this brilliant. You listed things that should be done but are frequently forgotten or overlooked when things get hectic. Great idea. Thanks for sharing!
What a great idea! Love your list.
