I’ve put this guide together to make it easy to know what dungeon quests are available to pick up in each zone. This makes it so that you can maximize your use of the dungeon finder for extra experience and gear while still following an existing leveling guide. Leveling guides are great but they often tell you to skip dungeon quests or necessary chains and prerequisites that, with the advent of the dungeon finder, now make total sense to have in your quest log.
I’ve organized this guide by zone with a complete list of what quest givers and quests to be on the lookout for in those zones. Each time you pop into a new zone, check this dungeon quest guide and see what level appropriate quests you might be able to grab while you’re there then when you pop into that instance via the dungeon finder, you’re ready to go. This guide does not include any quests where the quest giver or necessary drop to start the quest is found inside the instance, only what you’d want to grab while traveling the world outside the instances.
I always make a habit of sharing my quests for my random dungeon with my party members. Most party members will share whatever they have back and if other members of your party are also on the quest, they’re more likely to want to do that part of the dungeon with you. Sharing quests also creates a sense of good will that leads to an overall better random grouping experience.
If you mouse over the yellow exclamation points on your mini map you’ll be able to see the names of the quest givers which are listed here and that should help you find these quests more easily.
